Yeah, me too. The thing I'm finding the hardest is preparing food for my family that I can't eat. It's also been eye opening to see just how much I was eating without realising it while making dinner. It's taken so much will power to not lick the spatula when it's done or grab that little piece of something that slides away from the rest...
