I am shorter than most so even though I started at a weight of 201, I was at a BMI of 40.3. Now 5 months later, I am down the weight of my youngest daughter, only have cravings during my cycle, and have been feeling great! At 147lbs, my BMI is down to 29.7.

As an introduction, I will be 36 in a few months. I am hoping to be in the 120s by my birthday in April. I have 3 very energetic children (7,8, and 9) and a supportive husband. I am a full-time student (6 classes this semester), participate in work study at the college, volunteer at church and the elementary school, and will be eligible to substitute teach mid-January.

As busy as I am, having the sleeve has been the best decision I have made in years. I weigh less now than I have since before my wedding. I gained the weight because of a medication that I was on and have tried everything I could to lose it since. Nothing worked except the sleeve.

I have been blogging and posting, but have not joined many groups.

Nice to meet you. I am 34. I will turn 35 in April. I also have 3 children; ages 6, 7, and 12. I work full-time as an assistant manager at a credit union. I was sleeved on 2/7/2014 so just really getting started. Hoping to see big results. I intend to follow doctors orders to the letter. I was very scared going into the surgery and am still suprised at myself for not chickening out. Best of luck on your journey.

Wow you are super busy... you sound like someone else I know

Like you and ladygreen, I'm an Aries too (April 4th). I have four children and recently graduated while working as an LPN/Quality and Compliance Specialist.

(finger crossed) as long as everything goes accordingly I should have my surgery come June/July of this year.

    Congrats on your success!
