    I'm now:242
    It's not much but a jump start... my goal is 10-15lbs till the day of surgery.

    Yes. I am hovering between 35- 40# loss. And 44 days to go! I would still like to lose 10-15 more before surgery!

    I gained first (up 5 lbs) but then lost 6. I am hoping to loose 5 more before surgery. Keep your fingers crossed!

    I was 225 at my highest and i down 216.2 as of this morning.

    I am also hungry. Yesterday I veered off course and had a cheese stick and apricot.
