It is nice to share this with other people having the surgery the same month.

Question: Did anyone's Doctor tell them they do not have to do Pre-Op diet?

I did not had the pre op diet, but I did the surgery in Lebanon not in the US, and surgeons there dont ask you for any pre op diet.
And dont be scared of the surgery, its an almost 5 days where you feel pain, after that you start feeling good and even better when you get on the scale.
But you should know and be ready that your whole lifestyle will change.
