When I have lost weight in the past, I find that I feel taller. It's like the weight loss makes me feel leaner and stretched out. Kind of an odd sensation. I am so excited to have that sensation for the rest of my life!

I know what u mean, ive lost wt and its like I feel 6" taller but it doesn't bother me the same as when I don't lose wt. I guess its cause I feel better, stand up straighter and want ppl to notice that I lost wt lol...idk...

Good point with the posture and all. I never thought of it that way. I know that I feel lighter on my feet and I love that.
