Have been off track a while .gained 15 lbs stopped exercising and stopped coming here but am back as far as eating and coming here , just need to get my butt in gear to burn calories and strengthen muscles. I lost 5 lbs again cutting carbs and sugar but need you all for support . Any suggestions . Im in nyack ny
Congrats on getting back on track! I am only a couple of months out but already fighting a carb battle! Drats - I just like them too much so need to avoid as like the plague.
