    Hi Everyone!
    Havent been on here in a bit. I am doing well. I feel like the last few weeks I am slipping a little and falling back into some old habits! I am going to FLA in two days for a girls trip! I am nervous I will gain weight! The weight loss has slowed down the last few weeks!

    I need to get back on track!

    How is everyone else doing??

    I am going for my EGD on Thursday, just got my protein shakes today, but I am kind of mad at myself for binging on carbs that I know I am not suppose to have... Which leads to fear of failure.

    Try to recall why you did this in the first place! It's tough, especially with the stressful jobs that we have.

    I feel you. I have had a couple of meals I am not proud of and it scares me, but I woke up its a new day and new start. Have fun on your trip and try to just eat a lot of chicken! It keeps me full and its packed w protein. I didnt lose weight this week first time and it scared me into working out! No ones perfect but just remeber your goals!!
