Feeling a little better today had my 3oz breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, total 9oz but you know what i don't feel Hungry at all. I am also drinking Crystal Light Energy I can't finish a bottle of water. I also walk One mile with no back Problem. Just took my Blood Pressure it was 128 / 82 pulse 95 its was a good day
