Hi- Just looking for a few new friends with the same type of surgery to bounce off ideas from and possibly find someone to work out with. My goal weight is right around 220 and I've been staying around 260-265 for about 6 months now... maybe its time to crank up the exercise a little for that last 50. My goal was 220 also, but seeing how easy its coming off, I dropped it down to 200. What WLS did you have? How long ago?

I was thinking of joining the Coal Creek Family YMCA.
My ultimate goal is to be at a normal BMI and also gain some muscle, my chest, butt, arms, need more definition.
