Are any of you Vegans?
Anybody eat fish/seafood?

I am about 98% vegan.

It bothers me that we never get notified of new posts in our groups. I am going to ask MediaHound to change things to allow us to subscribe to the whole group so we can see when anything new is posted.

I am an ovo lacto veg. I eat fish/seafood.

I don't eat fish/seafood but do eat protein powder as well as yogurt. That's it...no other animal products.
