Hope you are enjoying your Gastric sleeve journey. i have so far loved the feeling.. its not been a smooth ride though as there have been gastric issues, choking feeling etc but nevertheless enjoying the ride and loving the new me.. am also the talk of any gatherings i have been attending to recently
Do share your experiences and weight loss journeys on this group.. am sure we can encourage each other and also see how our progress has been compared to each other just in terms of being able to share good practices and encourage when we require it.. some words of encouragements always help ..
