There hasn't been much activity in this group lately, but I had to share.....I'm just shy of 6 weeks post op VSG and I've had my very first period naturally! I haven't taken metformin since before surgery, and that was only thing that brought any sort of normalcy to my cycles. I was also down about 2lbs since last weigh in. Weight loss prior to a period week has never happened to me

I'm a pretty happy sleever today, non scale victories are sometimes sweeter than seeing the scale go down.

Yay congrats! Proud of you! Did you have any facial hair growth with your PCOS? Last year when I was sleeved I had some cycles even though they were irregular. I had one regular cycle and that was it. Before surgery I never had a cycle. Now entering year two I haven’t had a cycle at all again. I hope you continue to have success!
