I want to get outside and do some walking. I'm pretty sure that would help my body to let go of some of the pounds,but here in Central California, July is not the month for outdoor activities unless they involve water. The closest indoor, air conditioned mall is about 20 miles away, but it might be worth the drive.
I live in the high desert and I get up a out 5 or 6 in the morning to walk
On Sunday I made the drive to the mall to walk and this morning I went out early for a walk. I also started riding my exercise bike. Hopefully this will help.
