I need help. I have gained 40 pounds back. Any suggestions how to lose again. I seem to struggle losing this far out.
Hey Texgal. I'm in the same boat, and starting to feel completely defeated. I've put on a good chunk of weight back (not all of it, thank goodness), and while I know why and where I went wrong (it's been an incredibly stressful last few years), I cannot for the life of me seem to get back into a routine and doing what I need to be doing. I know I need to start fresh. I need to start tracking my intake, and exercising more. I KNOW I NEED to do it, but my motivation is just gone. That's probably the most frustrating part. I went through all of this, so why would I let myself slip back to where I was? Ugh.
