I had my surgery done by Dr. Soong at Desert Springs hospital. I had never had surgery before, never been a patient in a hospital before. Quite frankly, I was terrified. The people that work the Gastric surgery floor at Desert Springs are just amazing! Very friendly, caring and compassionate. My surgery went off without a hitch and 28 hours later I was home. I highly recommend Dr. Soong and Desert Springs.

Hello, I had my surgery there also, by Dr Atkerson,Dr. Soong partner, and they were great. to date I am down to 154, and loving my new me, if I can be of any help to you please let me know.... I live in vegas SW side of town.... looking to make new friends that have the same surgery or any gastric surgery....

Enjoy your holidays and eat light.... I can eat what ever I want, just in very small amounts....
