So it was drilled into my head EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. An now I'm being told to hold back take it easy, no lifting and only walking lol I just got mt sleeve 9/22/15 and I'm trying to behave I really am. Anyone else having trouble sitting still?

How long are they wanting you to sit still and take it easy after surgery? I don't get my sleeve until Dec 2nd.... Curious..
