I've lost 130 lbs......isn't that crazy...that's a whole person!

I have lost 120 pounds. I lost that amount in eight months and have been maintaining for nine months now. I'm getting ready to do another update to my profile with more pics. VSG rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love seeing Before and After pictures

I love seeing before and after shots too. I just wish that they were all full length shots and not just from the neck up. It really isn't much of an indication of the true loss. There have been some great full length shots on this forum recently but the head shots only are still coming in.

@rubbitydub have you checked out the Latest Before and After section on your home page...
I'm thinking maybe in our Marvh Group we should all post Before & After Pics,let's see how this plays out by the way
