My friend and I are scheduled for Aug 11th with Dr Almanza! So excited for the change & meet the new me!

How lucky for you that you and a friend will be going through this together My surgery is right around the corner on August 3rd (next Monday) so I'm nervous and excited at the same time! Did you have to do a pre-op diet through Dr. Almanza? I had to do a 6 week pre-op diet.
