I start my preop diet on 4/13. Surgery 4/27. I am kind of looking forward to it. All ptotein all the time. Lets keep each other updated on our preop diet process here.

I also start my preop diet the 13th. Maybe we can support each other through this time. My surgery is the 23rd.

Glad to be well past Pre-Op diet. I now use the term 'Franken-Shake' when referring to the nasty Bariatric Advantage drinks I consumed for 2 weeks.

On the plus side, it did help me to loose almost 30 lbs pre-op. That helped jump start me!!!!!
