Hi Everyone - I have gained 31 lbs in two years and I blame myself. I got "cute" and tried hanging with my skinny girlfriends and starting drinking alcohol again - way too much. I was also eating breads and sweets because I got too comfortable. I finally have recognized that I must GET IT TOGETHER. I started the 5 day pouch test today and hope to get back on track. What are some ways that you have tried to reboot the weight loss? I would be very interested to see your suggestions. Holla back!
