Since my surgery on 12/15/14 I have chosen not to take my medications unless I just have too, so far so good and 29lbs down. I am hoping that I can stay off of them. We shall see!

I have fibro... I had horrible symptoms while my band was in, and HUGE improvement since revising to sleeve. I take about half the medication I did prior. I hope to stay on this trend, but I also did not have many issues with meds making me gain.
