Am I crazy to go through with this surgery when I don't have total support from my husband?

Sometimes our family/loved ones are more comfortable with us heavy. Some men also like chunky women. Not knowing your situation makes it hard to know why he wouldn't support overall good health with losing the weight. I think you have to weigh the pros and cons and make your own decision. If he wanted something - would you stop him? Marriage is a give and take relationship. I'd want to know why he doesn't support and why doc feels its a good idea. Sometimes its an insecurity on his part that others will find you more attractive and he will lose you. Lots to consider. Good luck with your decision.
