Morning Everyone!

I am happy to say that I am leaving this group
I weighed in this morning and have hit 297lb which makes my loss total 4stone 13lbs (69 lbs) !
Started this journey on the 26th July (90 days ago) and I am so happy I could shout it from the rooftops!!!

So happy for you, congratulations. I think its the best feeling ever. I have been out of the 300's for a few months now and I don't even try to look back.

man, what great day that was, I know exactly how you felt when you saw 297 on you scale, I was 350lbs and when I fell under 300lbs it brought tears to my eye's, i don't cry easily but that day I did so I know how happy you are, GOOD JOB and keep on doin what your doin.
