Primarily curious as it seems that with any major lifestyle change, some people in our lives seem to no longer have benefit or
role in our lives any longer.

Whether it's a girlfriend who eats badly but never gains weight and encourages you to fall back into the same old rut with bad food choices, or a boyfriend that dated you behind closed doors out of pity, there seems to be an emotional roller-coaster both pre and post-surg.
