I am eating pop cycles, popcorn, energy drinks, starbucks cottage cheese, and chips. I drink while I eat. If I eat protein first, I am full after three ounces and can't eat for 45 minutes. I assume I need to stick with the diet. If not, I am not going to lose the next 80 lbs I need to lose. Any motivational advise or snide remarks ?
No snide remarks here. It's a constant battle. You know what you're doing wrong. What about having just one day a week 'off'?
