I was a self pay and started at about 210 lbs and 5'2. After the surgery I got down to about 177 but have since gained slowly back to 200. I am SO frustrated. I exercise and eat carefully (though I'm not an extreme dieter or exerciser) and I can't stop the slide back up. My surgeon is always disappointed in me so I have stopped making appointments to see him. He seemed at a loss for what to do.
I would very much like to know how your journey is progressing and how you are successfully losing the weight and keep it off. If anyone else has experienced what I am experiencing, I'd like to know about that too. Thanks!
