HI!

It's been two weeks since I had the surgery, I do feel alot different in a postive way. I am so excited that I have lost 28 pounds!!! I cannot wait to lose more weight. I am wondering if any of you can share food ideas on stage 3 as I'll be finishing up on stage 2 until Sat (getting sick of yogurt!).
