How you guys doing? What are you eating and how much?
I'm doing good. Have eaten half cup of refried beans with cheese 2 days ago and half an Alvacado and a couple teaspoons of hummus yesterday. You just need to make sure it's really mushy before you swallow and only swallow small amounts at a time
I am still doing soup broths, protein shakes, jello, and Greek yogart. I'm getting about 60 grams of protein a day. Will move to soft foods on Monday,which is our 2 week mark. I've lost about 18 pounds. How are you doing?
