It was truly the longest day ever!! But I did I!! I am excited!

I'm 5 days away from starting the pre op myself....it's great seeing encouraging success stories from what surely has to be the longest day ever! Keep it up!

I'm on the 4th day of my pre op diet and the first two days was the worst. It's getting easy day by day

Its good to know that it gets better! I am worried about the carb withdrawals. Anyone try Stevia? Are we allowed to have honey as a sugar replacement? its really low on the glycemic index and is great at helping regulate the glucose levels.

I am on day 10 count down to my surgery! man it is so hard because everything I see I want to eat! I am having a break up with food!! but I want him back so bad.
