I used to love dancing around the house and even doing those dance exercise videos of the 90's. I still have some of them-good thing I still have an old VCR that plays video cassettes. :-) Also, get on the floor and play with the children in the church nursery. I used to operate a day care in my home and the best part was playing with the children. And, buy a bike and go bike riding. I get surgery a week from today and am keeping all these activities in my vision.
