How will it feel to see 299? Well, let me tell you! It will feel like... you feel good enough to put on your tight (6 sizes smaller) jeans and your hooker boots to attend the Chippendales show at The House of Blues for a girls night out! ....like you can push your shoulders back and pose for a pic with your hand on your hip not feeling like you are 5 times larger than your little sis, her friend and your baby cousin! .... like you actually like the picture (OF YOU!) enough to post to Facebook!

It feels amazing! I was 396 lbs less than 5 months ago and I just got out of the 300s! If you are reading this and thinking about surgery or struggling after, KEEP YOUR HEAD up! We got this!

Wow - congratulations on the extreme efforts you have taken to reach this awesome goal. Doesn't it feel great to say - I have made it!! I know you will keep going forward - but this is one great goal you have reached. This is one of mine as well. Still about 55# before I reach this point.
