day 6 post op and moving forward

Me too!! I'm so nervous & I'm beginning to get cold feet

Today is the day!
Driving to the hospital and of course stuck in traffic!!
My weight today is 219lbs!

I'm down 12 lbs!!! It's slow going bad lots of changes and pain I wasn't expect ting but it's working!!

Officially down 51 lbs.......this has not been easy at all...but no regrets!
