Hi all! I was sleeved on November 12th and down 41 lbs to date.

Has anyone received a claim from Alberta Health for their out of country surgery? I was declined because my clinic wouldn't provide itemized receipts. My only receipt is my invoice for the total amount paid.

Any one have this issue or have an approximate breakdown of costs?

Kellyanne I know that if you get a letter in writing and then submit what you have they may go with that. I would try the clinic again. Maybe if you bug them enough they will just get tired of you and do one up.

A letter in writing from your doctor in Canada. I should have typed that in the beginning.

We can claim elective out of country surgery? Do tell!!
