Recipe for Samoa Protein Shake Put all ingredients in blender / magic bullet until mixed frothy. Note: shake will double in volume & become foamy due to the air mixed in. I always let sit for 30 mintues in fridge to "settle" back done to a liquid. I know this sounds like a dumb question but where do you get the dried milk? I havent yet gotten the surgrey but i would like to have plan for food when i do get it done. I appreciate you listing information its helpful
Can I drink these protein shakes pre op during my fast?
Non-fat dry milk is from the grocery store. It was recommended to add extra protein by my dietician.
