Tanrn!, what does your pre-op consist of. I am starting one after Thanksgiving with the following: Carnation Instant Breakfast mixed with skim milk Healthy Choice for lunch and dinner 2 fruit/1afternoon snack and 1 evening snack Water 884 calories per day
They have protein shakes replacing every one of my meals n I get a yogurt n sugar free jello no warm healthy meal it's rough
