So today I had my pre op nut and exec class went pretty well they said we can have a peace of turkey for thanksgivin yea. also the changed the diet added 1/2 cup none starchy veg 1 x a day like green peper green beans happy about that. sat is coming fast that is the day I start my ore op diet.
