Can you give me some feed back on the two doctors Ortiz and Almanza. I've been reviewing my decision to have the surgery with Almanza as I noticed the Ortiz practices in a hospital and not a strip mall.

I only have 20 days to surgery and I want to make sure I am making the right decision.

Go on line and do a review of how many surgeries, complication rates, death rates,etc. Then talk to all the people on this sight that have have their surgeries with the two doctors. I am with Almanza and my surgery has been postponed due to an intestinal blockage. They have been patient and understanding with me. I really appreciate how they have dealt with with. no pressure - just comfort. I judge people by what they do and I have a very high opinion of this doctor and his team.
