Hi all, I live in white plaid and just got my sleeve 2 weeks ago. I'm so worried about stretching it out however. Any one in the same boat?

I am worried about over eating after I get it, but I figure if I keep eating the way I am now I'll be OK. Plus now that I will get full on a smaller portion, I'm hoping that will stop my chances of stretching it out.

BTW, I live in Tarrytown
