I'm in the probable 12/13 boat. I have my last visit with the PA on 11/13. My last appt with the cardiologist is 11/27, but I should be able to get in there sooner (was able to get in within a week this time even though I was told there weren't any openings-it pays to have friends who work there). Once those are done and all paperwork is in then I can see the surgeon (hopefully before Thanksgiving if I can get the cardiologist stuff straightened out). Afterwards the office sends info the my insurance and I will wait for approval (2 weeks or less coming from coworkers with same insurance who went through same office I'm using).

I'm really hoping for a 2013 date so I don't have to start the year with a fresh surgery and deductible.
