So I am about 3 months out from surgery and 4 days :). I am almost at my halfway point (2 pounds away) and went shopping the other day and I am wearing a size Large top and size 14 bottoms! So pleased with my results and how I feel. A little part of me thought that this wouldn't work for me before surgery since nothing else has and I have to rely on insulin to stay alive (I am a type 1 diabetic). I don't miss the old way of eating even a little bit. I am healthier and a better wife/mother/friend/employee because of it- so blessed!
