Omg! I saw my dr wed, I had gained wt since I saw him for my consultation. He had told me to loose 15-20 lbs. :c So today was my first day of nothing but liq. I have felt like crying so many times. I want food so bad! I'm not hungry, I just my wonderful food......God I hope this gets better!
