So, Md Peeps... did all of you have to write an essay for submission to insurance? Thats about the last thing to do on my list.

Seems from my postings that this has only happened in Maryland so far...

I wrote one and it was easy to explain why I needed the surgery. Once you start writing it will all come out. Good luck!
