Okay its official! Had my consult today!
Dr. put me on a diet of ; 2 shakes and one meal per day!
This will help with my diabetes and keeping my sugars more balanced!
Right now I take metformin, glipizide, and insulin to keep my surgar stablized.
My A1c is at 9.2 right now!

Im so nervous and excited at the same time!
My hubby is really nervous!

Good luck with your surgery! I had mine on April 25th, down 37lbs and blood sugar went from 184 to 99! Yay! The first month my levels were kinda crazy so expect a lot of fluctuations but after about a month it will all settle down. Im not taking metformin anymore.
