I'm getting sleeved the last week in July!! I'm am sooo ready for this! Anyone have any tips on returning to work? I work in education but luckily I sit at a desk half the day. I am also interested in how the post-op week 1 liquid diet went for everyone. How did you get your protein in?

Had mine on 7/6. Just finished first week post-op. Liquid diet was easy because you're not hungry at all in the beginning. Just started feeling hungry yesterday. My Dr prescribed protein shakes for this time -- start with 2 oz per day. Work up to 8-12. I am using Atkins chocolate shakes.
