I am 3 weeks post op today and have a blood taste in my mouth. I am not actually bringing up blood just a terrible taste. Has anyone else had this? Other than this I feel 100%.

That sounds terrible no sorry I have not had that happen to me.

I have experienced a metallic taste from some medication in the past, it generally faded after a couple of weeks. Maybe it's from the anaesthetic? Check with you doctor if you are concerned.

Ketosis? That tastes nasty and comes from less carbs in the diet. Check it out on Google etc.
