Well as much as I suspected. I was finally diagnosed w/ PCOS. After years of doctors poo-poo-ing me. I wasn't nuts! I just started the Metformin and hoping to get some relief. Waiting to get the news of my surgery date- can't come soon enough.

I only had marginal success with metformin, but everyone is different. Good luck.
I still believe (6 months out) that this surgery is the best thing I ever did for myself!

I've been on Metformin for YEARS with no changes I'm really hoping surgery helps with my PCOS.
