I am two pounds away from being under 300 lbs for the first time in ten years!!!! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers that it comes off soon!!!

That is so great! I know cause when I started this process I was well over 300 and now I am at 230 and looking forward to being under 200! Just think positive and keep up the good work.

Congrats... I know how gud I felt when i got on the scale and it was 297... I bought a scale for the house... Keep it up...
