I'm a nuring supervisor in the Philadelphia area... anyone out there from around these parts?
I work night shift too which throws a whole other wrench in the healthy eatting situation. I think I finally have found a balance though!
My sleeve is scheduled for Thursday Feb 28th, so excited and a bit nervous!

Oh yes, I worked at Misericordia and at Delaware County Community Hospital. Now I work at Birth Care & Family Health Services, in Bart (Nickle Mines), Lancaster County, we deliver at our lovely Birth Center and at Ephrata Community Hospital. Sleeve was best decision. 90 pounds down and feeling good.
