Hi All, Does anyone know if it is okay to substitute Premier protein drinks for the 3 Ensure Vitamin supplements per day?

I hope so lindmar because thats what I've been doing....

When it says Ensure Vitamin supplements, do they just mean the regular shakes you can buy at the store? Are Premier in the same aisle? I haven't started shopping for any of these yet.

I wouldn't think it would matter as long as you are getting in your protein, I would check with Henry or India to be sure, but I know that a lot of times during my diet I did the EAS shakes instead of Ensure.

If I remember correctly, Henry said that it could be any product like Ensure. I opted for the alternate protein drinks bc I think the Ensure had a high fat content?
