Hello everyone the pre-op and post-op diets can be found on the website and the Facebook group if you are in the group. I have also created a pamphlet which describes the entire process from start to finish of the process. The pamphlet answers 90% of any questions you may have along with the Questions and Answers, pre and post op diets. I have the pamphlet available on the Facebook page and I sent it to some of you already when I got your questionnaires, I am adding some more information to it from the feedback I got before sending out to sll of you I spoken too, but if you would like a copy now please contact me.
